Return & Exchange Policy

Applies to research-grade products sold by Method Peptides within the United States.

All sales final once shipped Report issues within 7 days Replacements for damaged / wrong item

Returns

Due to safety, sterility, and compliance regulations, we cannot accept returns of peptides, research chemicals, or bacteriostatic water once they have left our facility.

Exceptions are limited to:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect product shipped in error

Exchanges & Replacements

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to verify the issue.
  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Tip: Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, or
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or incorrect shipment.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed/shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
